When you decided to ask the question, you probably didn’t think you needed a “proposal packing checklist,” did you? This mainly applies if you are proposing outside your home, particularly in an outdoor location, be it on a walk, on the beach, in a park or anywhere else. If you are traveling during a trip, make sure these items are easily accessible at your destination, or remember to pack them.

It goes without saying, but we’re going to say it anyway, don’t forget the ring! We recommend storing the engagement ring in its box while transporting it to the proposal site. Telephone

After you ask the question and your partner says yes, you probably want to yell it from the rooftops, or at least call your parents! Make sure you have your phone handy so you can call all of your loved ones when you’re ready to make the big announcement (and pray you have cell service at your proposal site!). Once you’ve told your VIPs (talking to them is preferable to texting them), use your phones to announce the big news on social media.

Phone charger

Your phone is going to explode after you start sharing the news, so much so that you may run out of battery. Carry a phone charger with you so that you can charge your battery if necessary. Of course, if you are outdoors, you will have to find a place with an outlet to charge your phone, unless you have a wireless charger (which could be a good investment).

Camera or photographer

One of our best marriage proposal tips is to hire a professional photographer to capture the big moment. You’ll love being able to look back and see amazing images of your proposal, and they’re sure to like the gram a lot. If hiring a professional photographer is not possible, bring a camera to your proposal to at least capture a good image of yourself, or ask a passerby to take a photo of you and your newly engaged glow.

Music

The right song can be the ideal backdrop for your proposal. Create a playlist (a private one, of course!) Of songs that you think will set the right mood, be it upbeat and upbeat or romantic and emotional. Romantic “Accessories”

If you are planning a simple proposal, you may only need to bring one ring and not much else. But if you’re going for a more elaborate surprise, there may be other items you’ll need to take with you, be it a picnic lunch, rose petals, candles, a puppy, or… who knows?
