A retro wind blows in the 2020 collection
Looking for a vintage wedding dress? You have come to the right place. This season, Atelier Manon Pascual has decided to use the retro aesthetic to create romantic and refined outfits. It is in a charming 18th century building, the Château de Garde, where the photos of these 16 wedding dresses were taken.

Straight and flared cuts, cuts and cross cuts
This year, Atelier Manon Pascual offers us straight cuts and slightly flared dresses. If this characteristic encompasses most of the models in the collection, each set has its own personality and it is difficult to speak of it as a guide.
However, there are some recurring uses, such as crossover effects that surround women’s bodies and enhance their curves, such as the Fleur de Coton model.

Embroidery, belts and pleats, attention to detail
From one year to the next, Manon Pascual has the same concern to work each dress down to the smallest detail. The choice of materials is never left to chance, with fabrics of the highest quality and luminous whiteness.

The embroidery is very present this season and especially on the sleeves. There are several models with short and three-quarter sleeves, but also long-sleeved wedding dresses, all covered with beautiful floral embroidery.
In the Bougainville dress, the entire bust is covered with heart-shaped motifs.

Many of the dresses in the 2020 collection are marked at the waist with pretty, relatively wide fabric belts, sometimes short, sometimes continuing with ribbons that can even hang down the length of the skirt.
These original wedding dresses show both modern and vintage motifs in their details, such as the pleated fabric of the Fortuny dress or the fringes of the Waris blouse and the jacket that goes with the Pivoine combi-short.
